Do we need to sign a contract if we choose to work with your organization?

Yes. Once you decide to move forward, we'll provide a service agreement outlining the scope of work, expectations, and terms of our partnership. We believe every organization has unique needs, so we'll work with you to ensure the agreement reflects the services and support that's right for your organization.

How do we make a payment?

Payments made through invoice system, checks, or via Zelle.

How much does an initial consultation cost?

We offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine how we can best support your organization. After the consultation, we'll provide a customized proposal based on your specific needs.

Do you keep client information confidential?

Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and the work we perform for each organization. We are also happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. Please note, however, that as mandated reporters, we are legally required to report situations that meet applicable reporting requirements under California law.
